Returns, Exchanges & Delivery Policy

At Sweetmitts, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please include your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

All items must be returned in their original condition, with tags still attached and in the original packaging. We will not accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, altered, or damaged.

Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange or issue a refund within 7-10 business days. The original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the new item.

Delivery Policy:

  1. Shipping Method: We will ship your order using the shipping method you selected during checkout. Domestic orders within Australia may opt for standard or express postage services. International orders may only opt for standard postage services.
  2. Shipping Schedule: We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days of order placement. 
  3. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are flat rate costs provided at checkout.
  4. Shipping Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
  5. Delivery Confirmation: We will provide you with a tracking number and delivery confirmation once your order has shipped. You can use this information to track the progress of your shipment.
  6. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method you selected and the destination of your order. As a general estimate:
  • International shipping: 7-12 business days
  • Standard domestic: 5-8 business days 
  • Express domestic: 2-5 business days

    Please allow additional time for delivery during peak holiday periods or other busy times.
